What we do
General contracting
For homes, businesses and community groups. We bring in the plumber, electrician, gas fitter and HVAC trades, plus engineers and geotechnical engineers, and handle the building permit.
Interior renovations
Kitchens, bathrooms, whole-home renovations, garage and suite conversions, secondary suites, millwork and built-ins, flooring, tile, drywall and paint.
Exterior renovations
Siding, building envelope repairs, windows and doors.
Timber framing and milling
Heavy timber frames, cedar milling and live-edge slabs.
Decks, fences and outdoor work
Cedar decks and boardwalks, privacy fencing, charred cedar, timber pavilions, bunkies and hot tub decks.
Excavation and landscaping
Steep-slope work, retaining walls, drainage and landscape grading.

Dan comes to see the job. The site visit and the written estimate are free.
Written contract
A written contract before any work starts.
Full crew, all trades
Our carpenters work 40 hours a week on your job, Monday to Friday. We arrange the plumber, the electrician and the other trades, and handle the building permit.
One-year warranty
A one-year written warranty on our labour.
